Hello, and welcome! I'm PJ, and together with my wife Tracie, we own and manage a portfolio of top-quality rental homes in the Tulsa area. As local investors with 12 years of experience, we don't just manage properties—we invest in our community. We live and work in these very same neighborhoods because we genuinely believe they offer the best living environment around. Our mission is to raise the standard of renting by providing exceptional, well-cared-for homes and treating every tenant like a neighbor.

We take pride in our homes. I do much of work myself when I buy them and make certain they are maintained to high standards.

I also do my best to take care of repairs quickly. I know it is in everyone's best interest to get repairs done pronto so the house can function at it's best and to minimize future problems.

I do work a full time job outside of real estate but am still able to respond to contacts within several hours.

I will never show up without warning as I know renters deserve privacy as well.
